On Sunday November 3, 2013 I went down to the Mall and shot some pics of the Washington Monument. This was the last evening that the Park Service was going to have the scaffolding lights on. The earthquake repairs are complete and now the process of bringing the scaffolding down begins.
I also shot a time-lapse sequence to capture the lights as they came on one final time.
